Rachel Burr Training provides private training sessions for corporate groups and businesses.

These sessions are catered for all fitness levels, so even those who have never exercised before will have loads of fun (and of course a great workout!).

Corporate fitness sessions are a fun, healthy way for staff to socialize and bond. It’s also a fantastic break from the fluorescent  office lights and computer screens, an hour of fresh air and exercise is the perfect way to refresh and recharge the brain.

Over recent years corporate fitness programs have shown to aid in reducing stress in the workplace, reducing sick leave, increasing productivity and improving personal wellbeing and team morale.
